LOCAL INSPECTOR OF BUILDINGS/ CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER Town of Lee Inspection work related to the enforcement and interpretation of the State Building Code, local zoning by-law and other applicable regulations.
Education and experience must meet the state Building Officials Certification Committee's (BOCC) requirements.
BOCC certified Local Inspector preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office and ability to obtain competency in specialized municipal software.
Regularly works Monday through Friday from 7:
00 AM to 3:
30 PM with a one half hour unpaid lunch period.
Salary range of $48,388 to $57,900 with benefits.
