SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS Lee Public Schools and Lee Tyringham Union 29 Lee, Massachusetts The Lee Public School Committee and Union 29 is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as Shared Service Superintendent of Schools.
The successful candidate must possess the qualities and skills to:
Maintain and improve excellent school programs, Ensure the ongoing achievement of our students, Work cooperatively with the school committee, staff, students, parents, town officials and the community Advocate effectively for the interests of the District in brokering further shared service possibilities
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a superintendent of schools in MA; Master's degree required, doctorate preferred; Experience as a superintendent or central office administrator preferred; A strong background in educational leadership, school finance and curriculum/instruction; A thorough understanding of current education laws and regulations is required.
An agreement with applicant's current School Committee to share services Salary and
Benefits:
Percentage of current applicant's salary not to exceed negotiated amount; single year pilot program Application deadline:
