General Manager BLACK SWAN Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel, is seeking a General Manager for their 52-room lakeside boutique hotel located in Lee, Massachusetts.
The General Manager oversees the management of the entire hotel in order to meet financial goals and uphold guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate should possess a strong background in customer service, hospitality staffing, revenue management, budgeting, and sales/marketing/promotions.
Individuals with a strong sales experience in niche tourist/resort markets are preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
Previous experience as a hotel general manager or director of sales, 5
years of management experience.
Ability to work independently and work a flexible schedule.
